Sweet Evan

My son, Evan, in 2001

For this layout I used paper from the Dreamscapes collection by 7 Dots Studio. Thank you to my friend Sue for drawing my attention to this beautiful line of paper.

Dreamscapes - Twinkle

I did some stamping on the background and on the large die-cut circle with Inkadinkado Stamping Gear using Tattered Straw Distress Ink.

This is the die set I used:
Spellbinders
Grand Decorative Circles One

These are the chipboard pieces I used:

Blue Fern Studios
Curling Corner
Blue Fern Studios
Symphony Border

The Curling Corner was left over from the Scraps of Elegance June Elements Add-on.  I painted both chipboard pieces white and then coated them with the clear Viva Decor Haft Grund primer before applying Bronze Viva Decor crackle paint.

Most of the flowers are by 49 and Market except for the white daisies.

Thank you so much for taking a look!

  2. The stamping is a lovely color and adds a beautiful touch to your design. Also like the jewel-like flowers and dangles among the blooms. The crackle on the chipboard turned out great and I also like the color of it.
